A GRAND GLOBAL SUMMIT AND EXHIBITION ON COW-BASED INDUSTRIES, “GAU TECH 2026”, WILL BE ORGANIZED FROM 20 MARCH TO 23 MARCH, 2026 IN PUNE.

With the sacred objective of realizing the Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi’s dream of a Prosperous India, Best India, Grand India, and Divine India, the international organization Global Confederation of Cow-Based Industries (GCCI) is organizing “Gau Tech 2026 Pune”, a historic and world-class cow-based summit and exhibition. The event will be held from 20 March to 23 March, 2026 at the Agriculture College Ground, Pune.
“Gau Tech” is emerging as the largest platform for cow-based industries not only in India but across the world. This programme is a historic initiative that will showcase a unique blend of cow-based cultural traditions, technology, and innovation.

The curtain-raiser programme for “Gau Tech 2026”, which presents cow-based industries and the economy on a global platform, was recently held with great enthusiasm and concluded successfully. The programme began with paying homage to Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Dada. This was followed by Gau Vandana and Ganesh Vandana, marking the auspicious beginning of the event. The dignitaries lit the ceremonial lamp, and a video clip showcasing the success of the country’s very first “Gau Tech 2023”, organized in Rajkot, was screened.

Former Union Minister, former Chairman of the National Kamdhenu Commission, and founder of GCCI, Dr. Vallabhbhai Kathiria, stated that in Indian culture the cow is revered as “Kamdhenu”, and that numerous products linked to health, agriculture, energy, sanitation, and economic empowerment are being developed from cow milk, cow urine, and cow dung.
He further said that “Gau Tech 2026” will bring all these possibilities onto a single platform, providing a strong forum for dialogue and collaboration among youth, women, gaushalas, startups, entrepreneurs, and policymakers. He added that modern technology in cow conservation, value addition of A2 milk, organic farming from cow urine and dung, biofuels, and household products have created vast opportunities for employment and entrepreneurship. To give global recognition to all these sectors, “Gau Tech 2026” is being organized in Pune, as the city has emerged as a major hub for education, research, startups, and agri-innovation, offering an impactful platform at national and international levels.

Padma Shri and Padma Vibhushan awardee Dr. Vijay Bhatkar, founder of the Supercomputer, stated in his brief address that the proper use of AI can make the cow-based economy more efficient, scientific, and profitable. He emphasized that the integration of technology with traditional knowledge can transform cow-based industries into a new Brown Revolution, playing a vital role in sustainable development, employment generation, and environmental conservation.

Jagadguru Krupankit Dr. Chetananand Maharaj Punekarji announced that during “Gau Tech 2026”, flower showers would be carried out by helicopter along the Gauseva Parikrama Path, and food arrangements would be made for visiting guests. He personally appealed to all dignitaries to participate in “Gau Tech 2026.”

Former Vice-Chancellor of Kamdhenu and Anand University, Prof. M. C. Varshney, assured full support to “Gau Tech 2026” and appealed to society to join this movement.

Chairman of Maharashtra Gauseva Commission, Shri Shekharji Mundada, expressed his commitment to provide full cooperation to “Gau Tech 2026.” Shri Shekharji will play an important role as the Chairman of “Gau Tech 2026.”

C. P. Thakkar announced the signing of an MoU between GCCI and the Maharashtra Chamber of Commerce to accelerate cow-based businesses and to open a special department to strengthen the cow-based economy.

Leading businessman Kiran Chaudhary expressed support for “Gau Tech 2026” through banners and public awareness campaigns in Pune city.

Chairman of “Gau Tech 2023” and leading member of Saurashtra Prant Laghu Udyog Bharati, Hansrajbhai Gajera, guided how society can support “Gau Tech 2026” at both individual and collective levels.

At the conclusion of the programme, Kaustubh Deshpande expressed gratitude to all dignitaries, speakers, and collaborators present.

The entire programme was smoothly conducted by GCCI Secretary Shri Mittal Khetani, Shri Purishkumar, and Shri Amitabh Bhattanagar.
