GauTech 2026: A Significant Step Towards Rural Employment, Atmanirbhar Bharat and Sustainable Development – Dr. Vallabhbhai KathiriyaImportant Meeting of GauTech 2026 Organizing Committee Held in Pune Under the Chairmanship of Shri Shekhar Mundada

Under the leadership of Dr. Vallabhbhai Kathiriya, Founder of the Global Confederation of Cow Based Industries (GCCI) and former Union Minister, a significant meeting of the Organizing Committee for “GauTech 2026: Cow Based Global Summit & Expo” was successfully held at Circuit House, Pune.
The meeting was chaired by Shri Shekhar Mundada, Organizing Chairman of GauTech 2026 and Chairman of the Maharashtra Gau Seva Aayog. Members of the GCCI Organizing Committee were present during the meeting. Detailed discussions were held regarding the broad vision of GauTech 2026, progress of preparations, and upcoming action plans.
It was emphasized that GauTech 2026 is not merely an exhibition but a global platform integrating cow-based science, technology, industry, agriculture, health, environment, and employment. The summit aims to create national and international opportunities for indigenous cow-based products, Panchgavya, natural farming, cow-based startups, MSMEs, and rural industries.
The global summit, scheduled from 20th to 23rd March 2026 in Pune, will feature over 300 stalls, seminars, policy dialogues, scientific sessions, cultural programs, and an award ceremony honoring outstanding contributions in the cow-based sector.
Key decisions were taken regarding publicity strategy, event management, expansion of partnerships, coordination with various departments of the Central and Maharashtra Governments, and international collaboration. GauTech 2026 is expected to accelerate rural employment generation, strengthen Atmanirbhar Bharat, and promote sustainable development through a cow-based economy.
The meeting concluded with a commitment to make GauTech 2026 a historic and guiding event for the cow-based sector, ensuring time-bound and coordinated efforts in the coming period.
